The DPV Music Zero Waste Lesson Policy:

We believe consistent, weekly engagement is the cornerstone of musical progress. To maintain the highest quality of instruction and respect our instructors’ dedicated time, DPV Music operates on a weekly basis and only offers long-term reschedules (a month or more, with instructor approval).

Your tuition secures a guaranteed, recurring time slot on our schedule. Rather than allowing that valuable instructional time to go to waste, we have a "Zero Waste" commitment:

• If a lesson is missed due to any reason: Your instructor will create a custom video lesson for your student to view and practice anytime.
• Vacation Days: We understand that families travel, we request a 2 week notice. Because our 6 and 9 month terms have built in Vacation Days, monthly tuition remains the same regardless of individual Vacation Days. Your reserved lesson time/day is guaranteed for your return.

Safe In-Home Lessons Policy:

Because we serve families with highly personalized, in-home instruction, DPV Music has a strict Safe Environment Policy. For all students under 18, a parent or guardian must be present on-site during the entire lesson. This requirement is non-negotiable and provides peace of mind for parents and essential safety support for our instructors, ensuring that every Rockstar lesson is a secure and trusted experience.
