1. Booking & Payment

• Reservation: A session is only considered "confirmed" once a 50% deposit has been received.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon arrival at the studio.
• Minimums: All rehearsals are subject to a 2-hour minimum booking.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand the Nashville hustle is unpredictable, but our room is in high demand. We adhere to the following notice periods:

• 48+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund of your deposit.
• 24–48 Hours Notice: Cancellations result in loss of the 50% deposit. Alternatively, you may convert your deposit into a studio credit (valid for 90 days).
• Less than 24 Hours / No-Show: The full session fee will be charged. No refunds or credits will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
• Multi-Day/Lockouts: For bookings spanning 2+ consecutive days, a 7-day notice is required for any refunds or major schedule changes.

3. Studio Usage & Timing

• The Session Clock: Your time starts at the scheduled booking time. If you arrive late, we cannot "push back" the end time, as it interferes with other artists.
• Load-In/Load-Out: Your reserved block must include your setup and pack-out. Please ensure the room is vacated and reset by the end of your scheduled time to avoid overtime fees.
• Overtime: Subject to availability, overtime is billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate in 30-minute increments.

4. Equipment & Liability

• Backline: Use of provided house gear (PA, drums) is included. You are responsible for bringing your own amps, sticks, picks, and specialized cables. However, most requested backline needs can be procured and ready for you upon arrival at additional charge. Rates upon request.
• Damages: The individual who booked the session assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to studio property, gear, or the facility beyond normal wear and tear.
• Cleanliness: Please leave the room as you found it. A $150 cleaning fee will be assessed for excessive trash, spills, or smoking/vaping inside the building.

5. Agreement

By paying your deposit and/or entering the studio premises, you agree to abide by the policies listed above. DPV Rehearsal Studio reserves the right to refuse service or escort any individual from the premises for conduct that is deemed unsafe or disrespectful to the staff or property.
